Telephoto lens and teleconverter Frankenstein set ups.

Are you guys running any funky Frankenstein set ups with your cameras instead of a spotting scope? I will often Run a 150-600 and 2x teleconverter or my bower 800mm mirror lens and a teleconverter because I don’t have a spotter.
