Telepathy - truth or science fiction?

Ok. Let’s start with your source. Skeptic.org.uk

A year ago they were still pushing the “it wasn’t a lab leak”…

Here is the author of your article. A random journalist that has zero scientific background.

Obviously he isn’t that skeptical….

The guy may be about worthless but he does bring up a few good points about the testing methods. I’ve worked in and around “science” for 35 years and what is shown in that trailer isn’t solid scientific proof of anything. It might show something might be happening but as far as solid proof? Call me skeptical.

It reminds me of this:

I’ll give you one more article that the skeptic posted that I can speak to directly.

For starters the headline basically says eff old people with Alzheimer’s….

Over 10 years ago I was a charge nurse at a skilled nursing facility (commonly called a nursing home). We had multiple Alzheimer’s patients. It’s a terrible disease. Horrendous.

Fast forward to today. My dad has Parkinson’s like tremors from time to time in his hand and can struggle remembering small things from time to time. Sometimes they aren’t notable and non existent. Sometimes they are. And through my own research with him I have been able to narrow down some definite contributing factors as to why this is. And it’s diet. This disease is now being considered type 3 diabetes. When my dad eats a clean low carb diet and cuts all processed foods he is a sharp as he ever was with zero tremors. When he eats crap for a while, it’s notable. To anyone else, they wouldn’t see the difference. But I can easily tell.

Fast forward to just very recently. My wife and I had our first child in January. Our pediatrician (who is amazing) was telling us about her father that moved in with her that has dementia. She couldn’t get him the one on one he needed so she took it upon herself. Since changing his diet he has made significant improvement in his cognitive abilities. That’s when I shared my story with her and she smiled and simply said not everything needs a pharmaceutical intervention.

So why do outlets like this publish hit pieces as real evidence supports homeopathic natural remedies that can slow, pause, or prevent a disease? Probably bc I don’t need a pharmaceutical company and a health care system to change my dad’s diet. There is no money in it.

I have not listened to these but I heard her interview on Rogan. Without any opinion on the validity of her claims or methods I do think there are lots of things that science does not understand some of which might look just a bit like telepathy.

One well documented phenomenon is that if a new complex maze in introduced to mice in labs once it is solved in one place mice in all places solve it much faster. Why would a mouse solving a maze in Australia impact how a mouse solves the same maze in a lab in london the next day?

Another would be in the world of crystal structures (and no not the hokey new age crystal crap) but often used in industrial processes. Some times its observed that the same set of inputs create a novel crystal structure, often once it occurs it starts occurring regularly even in other continents in labs with no traceable contact between then.

Or perhaps the ability of live organisms to know when they are being watched, some individuals seem to have a much better sense of it than others but its also been well documented that in some cases even when viewed through CCTV from miles away some individuals can tell when someone is watching the feed. And I dont mean they can verbalize that someone is watching them but that there are observable behavior changes when watched vs not.

So all of that leads to the notion that there are somethings that we dont quite understand that seem to have some kind of connection other than normal physical connections that we do understand. The notion that some non-verbal autistic children might be tapping into something that we are not noticing is not crazy. I am not saying its correct but that its not absurd.

Not saying it’s 100% proof. It’s a short video clip. But listening to the podcast adds compelling evidence that 100% warrants further investigation and serious consideration. So here is my question. WHY CANT SHE GET FUNDING FOR FURTHER STUDIES??? She’s spent years trying to get funding.

I think I’m going to learn more about that as the podcasts go on.

Spot on! It warrants further investigation!

WHY CANT SHE GET FUNDING FOR FURTHER STUDIES?
Because her work doesn't hold up to scrutiny.

Perhaps if she ran some double blind tests, she would have better luck. Less showmanship, more rigor.

But, the lack of scientific accume in this thread as demonstrated by other topics brought up makes further explanation equivalent to pissing into a 40 mph wind.

Believe whatever you want, just don't expect me to respect you for it or believe it too.

I mean, I believe God has personally communicated with me, no way to subject that to science and I've come to be at peace with the idea that it doesn't matter. I don't try to dress it up in pseudoscience argument though. And, anyone that makes a claim that can be tested should test it and have those tests reproduced with similar results by others.

Ok, since we are on the topic of Autism, I wanted to share this post. It’s an interview with Nicole Shanahan. She has an autistic daughter and in this clip is speaking about how easily it is to get canceled if you start digging into the cause of autism. Now, for those of you who don’t know who she is, Nicole is EXTREMELY wealthy with deep ties into Silicon Valley. She was RFK Jr’s running mate in the 2024 election. She is also the ex wife of Sergey Brin, non other than the confounder of Google. She admits she was married to the guy helping censure information.

Side note- in another part of this interview pertaining to Google, Facebook, Apple, Microsoft, Hewlett-Packard, Oracle etc…

She says they all came from secret government funding, funneled through the “Silicon Valley Stanford Network”…

So, listen to the podcasts and you’ll hear how tests were reproduced by others with exact results.

Again, needs to be further looked into. But until then we should call the parents and autistic kids crazy nut jobs though right? Since, it’s their stories being told. By them. The neuropsychiatrist is just the only person that is willing to listen. So let’s attack her.

If I’ve learned one thing it’s that I will never trust main stream medicine ever again ESPECIALLY any pharmaceutical company. I firmly believe there are some serious truths that will be exposed and I’m excited for it. It’s time to pull back the curtain. On everything.

Have you paid the $9.99 to watch the videos, or just listened to the podcast? Many people who were blown away by the podcast seem much less convinced after watching the videos.

RFK investing research funds on a topic that has already been investigated and answer very well (vaccination and autism), while cutting other funding tells me all I need to know. His former running mate is pushing an emotional agenda because she cannot accept reality.

Having a family member or child that is outside the normal is hard, I grew up with a brother with CP, so I know from experience. There is a natural reaction against that. I have deep sympathy for the humans involved, that doesn't stretch to endorsing maladaptive coping strategies.

Investing resources into already investigated areas harms, rather than helps, those afflicted. But, when we don't have an answer, human nature is to try the same things that have already failed again, and again, and again.

This is simple.

Evidence must be three things:

1) Observable
2) Measurable
3) Repeatable

The last one, repeatability, basically tells us to go get another group to try to replicate the results.

When it is reviewed and repeated - probably by several more teams - then OK, maybe we have something. Until then, yawn.

The beauty of science/scientific method is that it self-corrects, and will always ask more questions. Dogma? Not so much.

There are three areas in our world that we still only have limited knowledge on. What’s at the bottom of our oceans, what’s out there in the universe, and what lies between our ears. Remote viewing is another fascinating topic. Look up Ingo Swann and how our military used his skills if you don’t believe in it.

Episode 6 covers the tests and based on guidelines of tests they are considering quantum physics. Quantum physics is a likely possible scientific explanation of some of the examples you listed.

Listening to podcast now. It’s a great listen. I could have read reviews before listening but I try not to go into something with a biased mindset.

So should we know if vaccines cause autism (harms) so we can remove said vaccines off the child vaccine list (helps)? I mean, we are at over 80 child hood injections at this point. I’m sure the aluminum and mercury levels at 3x, 10x or 100x above what is considered safe to children isn’t affecting them at all. Oh, but wait…

“One disturbing study found that two-thirds of infants who died of SIDS had been vaccinated with the DPT vaccine prior to death. Of those, 6.5% died within 12 hours of vaccination, 13% within 24 hours, and 26% within three days.”

I agree with Beendare on setting out to prove a theory, but i always thought there was something else to discover about our minds. if you have ever experienced deja vu it really makes you question how or what is going on with your mind. ill give these a listen if for entertainment value at least
