^^^^ This. Elk euros are easy. I just use one of those oval shaped galvanized wash tubs. Simmer (not boil) with some borax and dish soap for a few hours, Powerwash. Can degrease more after and peroxide for whitening if necessary.I had a lot of deer done professionally. Price kept going up and wall space decreased. I decided to give the boil method a try with my last two year's deer. Came out better than expected. Basically simmer for a few hours in soapy water then power wash and finish in peroxide. Lots of you tube videos are available.
Not exactly what you asked, but it makes a nice project and isn't hard.
This is key. A bit of borax and some dish soap (blue Dawn). Keeps the smell down and mostly degreases at the same time. Some beautician power peroxide works really well.
