i pushed all my meetings to today, and thursday. my 4-week wait time on a bow turned out to be 1 week. got caught with my pants down. glad i didnt spend my secret stash of cash thinking i had 3 weeks to re-save up some more.

i am stoked. no money has changed hands, so i get to shoot the thing, measure a few things to make sure it is a good bow..and then FLUSH!! all my lunch money is going buhbye. the shop isnt making me commit. (but we know..)

Elite Energy 35.
new meta peep, diameter to be determined.
new Axion Pulse rest
tight spot quiver..

i'll recycle my Spot hogg hunter hogg it until i can buy a new Black Gold Ascent, 3 pin with slider. i forgot to order it! (i thought i had time)
recycle my Stokerized Stab, wrist sling, arrows, etc.

kinda excited and nervous to move in the other direction with Axle to Axle length. this is gonna feel long! hehe.

Interested to know your thoughts on the EE35 once you fling a few arrows. Currently shooting a Hoyt CM at 35" ATA...looking hard at the EE35 for my next rig after shooting Hoyt for 17 years.

I recently shot last year's Hoyt's, the new Hoyt's, the Prime bows, and the Elite E35 and E32.
I would take the Elite over the Hoyt any day of the week, and would put the Prime Impact right up at the top as well.

I couldn't tell a difference between the E32 and E35, both felt great in the hand and shot great. Balance was excellent and no vibration or after shock from the shot. I was shooting 73 lbs on one of the new Elite's and I had it figured for 67 or 68 lbs.

Good luck and congrats on your new bow.

I shot and really like e35 but couldn't let it down very easy its an aggressive cam in that way. Still like carrying the carbon around believe it makes a difference on the longer riser

I switched from Hoyt to Elite and haven't looked back. Shooting the bows side by side will change your opinion on the Hoyt. Just a differet feel that I really liked.
