Taking Equity out of Home to Go on Guided Hunts

You’re really blowing out of proportion how important a guided sheep hunt is on quality of living.
That’s not even a tangent to the point.

Has nothing to do with quality of life, or whatever random nonsense you’re going to say.

You made a statement that it’s old folks hunting, and big spenders and a fad.

I’m providing actual info to the contrary. It has gotten more expensive, harder to book, and it’s not just older folks.

I’m in my 30’s and can afford it.

There are more people who can afford it and will continue to pay the increase then there are sheep on the mountain.

Supply and demand is a simple concept in this instance.

Who cares if the cost goes up, or if there is less availability? Everything has gotten more expensive. Thats how economics work. An economy that is healthy has inflation.

Are you dense or something?

It’s as if you’re making statements without any recollection of your own previous ones.

My previous ones were this is a fad, no one else cares if some people chose to take them or not. Some day the fad will be over and few people will be lining up to pay too much to shoot a sheep.

I dont care if they are 60k or 6k, I dont like hunting with guides. If someone likes having someone to take care of them and do everything for them im not against that, I just dont put that on the same level of enjoyment as actual hunting.

I have no issue finding sheep or getting close to them. Someday I will draw the $140 resident tag and be able to shoot one.

Therefore, this idea of the world is ending because guided sheep prices went up a couple years in a row has no effect on the majority of us.

The fad of people tearing down other hunters because of jealousy is the one that really needs to go away.

“In 30 years I’ll get a good deal on a sheep hunt”

You won’t, but good luck.
