With the increase in applications we’ve seen in NM, I wonder how widespread this could be? Three charged for creating fake hunter accounts to enter the draw, medically transferring tags to paying customers who believed they were getting legit tags. I don’t think it would take much to audit the transfers.

This one had nothing to do with landowner vouchers. These guys allegedly created numerous fake hunter profiles, put them all in the draw, and if a fake hunter drew, they allegedly medically transferred the tag to a paying customer. The customer believed they were buying a legit tag, not a tag stolen from the public draw.

Is there really something called "outfitter draw?" How does one apply for this? I'll "guide" my buddies all day long!
NM sets aside 10% of tags for folks that use an outfitter..R or NR. You pay the outfitter a deposit they give you a number you enter when put in for the draw. When you draw you pay the outfitter balance...at least that's how it worked for me.

NR without an outfitter get a 6% tag allocation. They other 84% go to Rs.
