Tactacam reveal gen 1 had photo

Has anyone tried to get hd photos downloaded with the gen 1 reveal yet? I tried yesterday haven’t got it yet. Just wondering if anyone has figured it out yet

Works on my gen1's as well (ATT version if it makes a difference). Received it the next day when the camera did its daily 'check-in.

Now if only Tactacam would stop removing documents from its website. Just because the Gen1 is not being made, doesn't mean we won't ever have to download the manual again!

I’ve had trouble with mine as well. Frustrating after having no issues last year.
