I ordered one on Sunday and sent them an email asking the same thing if mine will be backordered. Got a reply this morning saying my order is being processed and should ship the next few days. You ordered the day before me so you should be good.

Wow, just came across this thread. You guys are making me feel pretty lucky. Ordered Saturday, said backorder, then called today just to ask some questions…the guy said mine shipped. Checked my email, I’ll have it tomorrow!

@Formidilosus, just want to extend a thanks. I have always been a duplex 350-450yd guy, but never actually shot an animal further than 350 (I actually practice, so I know not to; don’t like my first round hit rates). In all my time hunting I’ve never lost an animal and never used more than one bullet. But, I want to extend my effective range.

I’ve been reading some of Form’s write-ups, and decided to take his advice. Got the 3-9 and Ultralight with BDC ordered (the only BDC I’ve personally ever seen that could possibly be useful). Gonna mount all three optics on three Tikka T3X rifles then go out & try them for myself at various ranges & positions to mimic hunting situations. 6-700yds tops. Looking forward to seeing how it shakes out.

And to all you other guys at Rockslide, thanks for keeping my pockets empty & my gun safe full!

How did you get 8.00 shipping to AK? Mine was 14.xx and I thought that was a great deal, even the small flat rate shipping boxes are like 9.35 these days.

Mine was $7 to Idaho. I noticed when I had two 6X in the cart I backordered, the shipping was $14.

No, just one. Not worried, it’s only a few bucks Im just surprised, I havnt seen shipping that cheap for a long time now.

Turret numbering is a touch different on this new batch of 3-9s. The longer posts every .5mils is a nice visual change.

I don’t know. Just selected the economy USPS Shipping when I ordered it.

It wouldn’t give me any shipping options online, probably because I wanted it shipped to a PO Box. They didn’t seem to have problem over the phone though.

I just learned last week that at least UPS won’t (they said “can’t”) deliver to a PO Box.
