If you set aside the $600 you’d spend on a SWFA 3-9, and save ~$10 a week for a year, you would have enough to buy a Maven RS1.2 or NF SHV F1….

By that time, Vortex, Bushnell, Burris, and Sightron will probably have released a durable 3-15ish range scope that holds zero for 24oz with a solid reticle and all the standard features like zero stops, capped windage, and parallax knobs and mag rings that turn in the cold.
