Looks good in my books as long as they're as reliable and durable inside, then this is a win. Smaller turrets/capped option and a zero stop at an absolute bargain of a price still. Sure it would have been nice to see a roll out of a 6x and 3-9x with availability. Maybe availability will be coming in 2025, although I'm not holding my breath. I sure would like a 10x HD. A 6x HD would be a real ticket if they ever pumped one out.

The pics you’re looking at must be different than the rest of us. Those turrets look WAY taller than the old ones. Definitely, not smaller. 🤦‍♂️🤷‍♂️

Every time I look at my NF scopes or my Maven scopes or even my old SWFA scopes I’m left thinking; “man… if only I could replace the turrets with an even bigger turret, or an even BIGGER capped turret I’d be totally stoked. No scope companies will listen! 😫

All jokes aside I hope these are solid and they aren’t taking a step back in reliability. I’d also be interested to see where they thought 6 turret combinations was what the world needed.

Negative brother. Obviously the caps are taller as they go over top of the actual turrets. The turrets themselves look certainly slimmer and maybe shorter as well. I have a few Gen 1's and they're pretty dang large and in charge.

So much optimism. With all the love, there seems to be quite a large number of warranty replacements..... I ordered one (3-9) to see what the hype was about, that was over a year ago. So I'm in the holding pattern as well.

I have the older version as well. These look larger than the ones I have. Maybe it’s an optical illusion and the mass majority of folks are wrong about the larger size.

It's amazing that a company with the historical success just completely sh*ts the bed on what their customers actually want, but then a new company like Maven actually listens to their customers and releases a fantastic product.

I have to admit that I’m disappointed in the release. However, I’m interested in the 3-15. With the modular turrets, can run the shortest option with windage capped, and elevation now has zero stop. A 3-15 mil FFP for $700 ain’t shabby.

For less than a dollar at ACE hardware, I made 3 of my old SWFA scopes zero stop.

It’s not a looks complaint, it’s a big ass windage turret that catches on shit and blocks brass ejection at times depending on how it’s mounted. Longer is only gonna make it worse.

While I agree with some sentiments here, it’s not the length of SWFA turrets that cause ejection issues at times- it’s the shape of the turret and the knurling. The capped and smooth covers allow the cases to slide/skip down it.
