I had swfa low rings on my x bolt 7mm08 with a 10x fixed on it for 2 seasons now.

I mounted the pic rail and scope as Form posted in the scope mounting thread.

I intentionally put my X Bolt on the back floor of my F250 since August 15th until November 20th. It rode there that entire time not in a case, unless it was being shot or strapped to my pack hunting. That gun bounced on 100 miles of washboard forset service and BLM roads. I fell 4 or 5 times with it strapped to my pack. I dropped it unintentionally 3 or 4 times and intentionally a few times.

I killed a mule deer on November 10th at 648 yards. Center punched DRT. That gun hasent lost zero in 2 seasons. I say the rings, while bulky and ugly are a non issue and a steal at the price.

Awesome! I’m just thinking a great solution for mounting a SWFA on my AR.

I have a few sets, think they’re great but I haven’t pushed them to failure like guys like to do here.

I think a long range gun, PRS, NRL, anything where bulk isn't an issue they are fine. My SWFA 10x doesn't fit on an AR in SWFA low rings. Mediums probably, but I pulled it off my X Bolt and the scope just barley made contact with the forend in the lows.

They're awesome. I've been using Burris Xtreme tactical rings lately, but sometimes I think I should just stick with the SWFAs.

I haven’t tested as thoroughly but I agree completely with this.
For the 3 sets I have.

They're ugly and bulky, but they work. I have several pairs in service with zero issues.
