SWFA prairie dog scope?

Nice rifle. Poor choice of scope.
Disregard the bloke who said you are limited to 300 yards, maybe that is his limit.

I use the 6x w a .suppressed 22LR on prarie dogs. First. rounds hits aren’t high percentage, but it’s not bc I can’t see em. The fun is in spotting impacts and figuring out the wind.

Are they going to be releasing a new 5-20??

I want to say someone posted yesterday that they emailed SWFA and got a response about a revamped 5-20 in the works (?). Anyone else remember this or have the link to the post?

I've asked a couple times and the answer is always a resounding 'no.'

In response to the 5-20 re-release question, it appears they are doing it.
Of course, do not wait to scope your rifles waiting for it. But I believe they are moving forward with this, and then the 3-9 perhaps this decade

I emailed SWFA the other day (before I knew about the S2H scope) and asked if a replacement for the 5-20 was in the works and I got a response...

"A replacement for our discontinued SWFA SS HD 5-20X50 is in the works. I will offer a different magnification but that is all I can say about it now. We are hoping to release the new scope later this year."

Just passing that tidbit of information along. Seems like big news to me.
