Just wanted to say these guys are awesome. I ordered my first product from them (10×42) on Friday morning and it shipped same day. Checked back on their site on Saturday looking for dimensions to plan my ring configuration and noticed the scopes had gone on sale. I emailed asking if I could have the sale price even though I ordered the previous day and got a response this morning letting me know they refunded the difference.

*holds zero according to Form
*no sales tax and $11 shipping
*shipped same day as order placed
*extended sale price just because I asked
*replied to email first business day and used coherent English

Good experience so far, and I should have the scope in hand this evening.

That is all.
 
Awesome, I just wish they'd get backordered products back in or atleast offer up an ETA on those.

1) Company makes scopes that perform better than many costing 5-10x as much

2) Company plans to bring out new line of scopes responsive to customer feedback

3) Customers b**** about customer service


If anyone wants to start their own brand and thinks they can do better than SWFA, by all means, go for it....

If we did, we'd pick more reliable suppliers
