People can look at your latest activity and see the likelihood of you being a bot, scammer, or troll. Just point them there. In the meantime, there is no quarter.

Interesting. I have learned a lot about potential bots and scammers from these threads in the last few weeks. I would say most of us FNG's, especially we older crowd, have no idea they existed or what a big problem Forums have. It was only after I was attacked and called a liar on a post that I started to realize there is a backstory in what some of you are reacting to. Now I get it. but, some of the bot police need to chill out a bit. Most of us humans are here for the love of hunting and the outdoors.

Somehow, I got whacked with the ban hammer yesterday. Looks like my access is back this morning after sending an inquiry. Supposedly for spam, but I don’t know what was spam in my handful of posts. I see the profile picture I added is gone though. I did receive a DM from a member here offering a riflescope for sale based on a post I made on a thread in the optics forum. We exchanged a few messages, but I passed on buying. I didn’t initiate nor solicit the conversation, perhaps that triggered the hammer?

Sounds like you were suspended while they sorted the other guy out , not banned . Welcome back .
