Surefire Maximus headlamp?????

I was hopeful someone could provide feedback to your question. Having a headlamp that uses the same batteries as my flashlights would be great, but the cost was to much to simply purchase one and try it out.

I’ve owned one since they came out and had nothing but great service from it. Takes the same batteries as my rangefinder. Excellent brightness and the battery really lasts a long time. I usually only replace the battery once a Season and I hunt over 40 days a year. Bought the newest model for my wife just his season as it’s my favorite headlamp to date.
