I am up to 12 now and have a variety of 5.56 cans and 30 cal cans plus one 338. I am happy with all of them.

The ONLY one I am slightly bummed about is my CGS Hyperion. It is really quiet but I was hoping for a bit of recoil reduction on a heavy 6.5 CM. I was hoping to not have to reacquire the target after the shot. My heavy 5.56 AR15 with a Resilient Stacy's Mom is dead still when the round goes off.

The ONLY one I am slightly bummed about is my OCL Hyperion. It is really quiet but I was hoping for a bit of recoil reduction on a heavy 6.5 CM. I was hoping to not have to reacquire the target after the shot. My heavy 5.56 AR15 with a Resilient Stacy's Mom is dead still when the round goes off.

CGS Hyperion? Or OCL hydrogen? Or did they have a baby?

I have 4, none are duds other than I don’t have as much faith in my scythe not failing as I do the others.

Resilient Jolene with direct thread adapter.
They sent me another, no questions asked. Me being me, I wish they had asked a few questions, at least to make me think they track QC issues.
The replacement did not contain the attached blast baffle, but it was more concentric…just not as concentric as a Hellfire mount.
And after seeing a Scythe-like weld failure on another’s Jolene, she and my WinMag don’t make out anymore.

Very unimpressed with my buddies banish. Seams like they have a top notch marketing team but there are lighter quieter shorter suppressors from other manufacturers at the same price point:

Salvo 12. Thought it would be nice for hunting but makes the shotgun unwieldy for wing shooting and patterns like poop with turkey loads.

YHM phantom cans. Simply too heavy for my taste now. Started out with these so I didn’t know much at the time.

Odessa 9. Kinda heavy and goofy in full length configuration. Loud with any less baffles.

B&T Ranger is stupid loud and should be sold as muzzle brake. It’s been moved to a bolt .223.

I have that one and have been thinking about moving it to my heavy 6.5CM because it does reduce recoil nicely. It is just Ok for sound suppression. I only shoot the heavy 6.5 at the range with ears.

My Banish Backcountry is light, but way louder and more expensive than comparable cans.

My Banish 30 Gold (V2) is actually pretty quiet, but it's twice the price of comparable performing cans.

Wyoming Arms 5 squared. I won it at a match, and it was my first suppressor. Just not much suppression, but ok on a 223.

Stealth Projects 30 cal. Been very very disappointed. Comes apart incredibly easily and near impossible to get off the rifle in the field. Also a very small threaded part fell out of the suppressor the other day, need to call the company and figure out what to do or how to dispose of this thing. Highly don’t recommend.

Going with Unknown Suppressors moving forward.

I have a Stealth Project Bolt on my 223 Rem700 gun. It does not get used much but I can see what you describe would be an issue.

I have a Stealth Project Suppressor also. The part you mentioned coming out is a caliber specific insert. Mine would come loose too. I finally ended up using Rockset on the threaded insert and both end caps. It doesn’t loosen up now. I use a small strap wrench to remove it when needed.

With all the options out there, I can't imagine looking at "Stealth Project" and thinking..."yeah, that's the one to get".

In reality though Ive fallen for the BS twice now and while I don't have anything as shitty as a stealth project, I have a few duds. There's really only like 3, maybe 4 companies id buy a silencer from right now, lots of junk out there.
