Suppressor wait times

Is anyone having any luck with trusts being approved quickly like the individual submissions? I'm fixing to buy one at my LGS and they are saying that they are getting trusts approved quickly. I am somewhat skeptical about that.

Based on the ATFs own FAQs and the results of numerous "NFA wait times" threads, no way i'd expect a submission with a trust to come back as quick as one as an individual.

Kind of what I thought and why I raised an eyebrow when they said that. I just wanted some real world feedback.

The thing you need to know about the ATF and the approval process entire government, is that there is no rhyme or reason to what they do or how they do it.

That is correct, however, if recent wait times mean anything, your wait may not be as long as you think. Did you submit as an individual or as a trust?

Trust. I set up a trust and committed to that before the wait times got so tempting

Yeah, could be weeks, months or ? I’m 7 weeks in on a paper F4.

I filed an individual form 4 e file on 3/3 well see.

2 days for my Form 4 individual. Prior 3 trusts were anywhere from 9-15 months.

Submitted 2/16. Approved today, 3/7. Haven’t even sent out my rifle to get cut and threaded cause I thought I had more time!
