This is functionally incorrect. In novel field conditions in broken terrain as$ beats out tiddies every time. Try going near cyclic on a tiddies and see how that works out. Poor gal is gonna have hearing loss and a TBI. The as$ can handle the destructive nature of such a test.

Just to clarify, this is really only true from field positions, on demand.

Without the ability to go cyclic myself, I pretty much take on Dale Earnhardts strategy of “find a wall and beat it up.”

In the last hour, I learned the handle used by the Expert Who Shall Not Be Named Who Thinks the SAAMI Specifications Are Wrong and I realized that I was never going to get a good faith discussion or answer from him on this subject.

I’d give you a bigger hint, but then you might think I was referring to Big Stick.

That is an untrue statement. Which is to say it is not correct in every particular. But I won’t tell you which part is false.

That's exactly what I was trying to do. Start a funny thread that people could actually enjoy to point out the absurdity in some of these arguments. Hopefully it brings light to the point I was trying to make so that the threads where people are trying to test things can consist of mostly discussion of the items versus criticizing every aspect of things that may or may not matter. People aren't as dumb as some people like to think. Let them decide for themselves if the test is pointless or not. If you do have a point to make try to make it educational and targeted. Not these broad sweeping generalizations or discussions of some expert said this because this other tangential thing.
