Well it took calling the atf, emailing the atf and my dealer calling the atf but finally got this all sorted out and I was able to pick up my OG65 that was approved in December.

I was able to get my approved forms by emailing [email protected]. I got an initial automated email that basically says they would not provide me with any information and about 20 minutes later I got another email with my approved form 4. If you are waiting on approval from December and never got an email you might try emailing the atf requesting the forms like I did.

I’ve sent that email twice with no luck. What did you say in the email? I just provided my name, DOB, control number, and serial number of the OG65.

My name, dealer name, control number, serial number and my submission date.

I explained I had submitted in December and never received an approval email and that I had checked with my dealer multiple times and my dealer said it still showed submitted/in process and that my dealer has not been able to access his eforms account since January 1st. I also requested that if the form had been approved that they send me a copy.

My dealer also called the atf this morning and I dont know what transpired in that conversation but he was able to resolve his log in issues and used the copy of my stamp I took in to find my approved forms, Im sure he just searched the control number on the form.

Jan 5th found out I’ve been approved since Dec 12th.

Thanks so much for this @Aux Arc. I did the same and mine was submitted 12/8 and approved 12/12 and I never got an email and neither did the shop. The atf responded within an hour with my approved form.

I did when I very first emailed last week. Since then I sent a couple more emails, today I got the reply with the form about 30 min after sending.

FYI, just got my approval after emailing [email protected] as well, submitted on the 12th it was approved on the 18th but no approval email and no approval was sent to my dealer.

The same thing happened to me. The system was jammed up, and I wasn't able to complete the submission/certification process. I'll have to go back on Monday and try again.

I went through the certification process, again, this evening and everything was submitted quickly and without issue. Now the wait begins, but I'm hopeful that it won't be too bad. Fingers crossed!
