Suppressor for 18" 7MM Sherman Short

I got a response from AB suppressors: “The barrel length restriction for magnums is 22", I wouldn't go down to 18" with that chambering (7mm SS) personally.”

I am pretty sure that Dead Air doesn't have any barrel restrictions on their 30 cal cans.

Also, the last time I went up to Rugged I asked about how short I could go with my Alaskan, and the response was "Just don't be stupid". Of course the Alaskan, while light, also doesn't have a ton of volume. It is still pretty loud on my 338 Mega, but at just under 10 oz in DT configuration for the non-Ti version, it is a very "easy-use" can and is light years better than a brake on that short-barreled beast.

I'd go Tbeast or Dilligent

If you call Tbeast directly, they can help you find dealers with in stock availability

Did they specify whether that is with a reflex or flush mounted? Or they wouldn't do it at all??

They didn’t say. In my email to them, I told them I was looking at the 8 stack. I didn’t specify the reflex size though.

Anybody else have input on this topic?

I have a Montana 7 WSM enroute and just received my Jolene S. I need to call them and pick their brains on minimum length as 22” seems extremely conservative and way longer than I’d like to be.
