Suppressor Covers that don’t slide

Mine is tapered too, just not tight enough to prevent it going forward. I haven’t shot it off, it gets to like 1” overhang on muzzle end before I slide it back. Haven’t shot with it much yet.
Ive shot mine off 2x and its pretty well ****ed now. I reached out to LS wild 3 weeks ago. They told me I was using it wrong but if I felt it was a warranty issue they would send me a new one "right away" I told them respectfully that I did have it on correctly and would like a replacement . That was 3 weeks ago

Add me to the club.

Never bothered to put too much thought, effort, or money into a cover.

Only thing I've done to date is wrap a full rotation of inch-wide silicone tape at each end of the suppressor (no silicone in middle), then spiral a section of self-adhesive Camo Form from end to end. Upon removal, just wipe away any bonded residue with isopropyl alcohol.

Super cheap, secure/protects, weightless, no slip, no shame.

Self-fusing silicon and vet wrap for me too.

I’ve gravitated to no covers since all the ones I’ve tried have eventually slid forward on me. Granted I’ve only tried a few, Cole Tac and another I can’t think of right now. Nice to hear about LS Wild I’ll give that a shot in the future. Hunting I’ve been lucky enough to not have to take enough shots to have mirage. For long range steel sessions I’ve been putting a small claw fan upfront lightly blowing across my suppressor and found it nicely mitigates Mirage and passively assists in cooling.

I wonder why the WEKA covers don't take off here.

They ship quick and reasonable from NZ.

Even of the dudes that watched me shoot 20 and 30 round groups with 223 without a break I think only one of them ordered a couple.

On the LS Wild cover slippage:

I have a couple of these.

Blew the end apart on a Scythe Ti. The cloth not the can...

The one on my 6 creed has been fine for 800 rounds or so and then the other day I shot 20 120gr Bergers and noticed it had slid 1.5" forward when I went to tape the muzzle. Prob recoil related.

Yea the Weka are awesome and the price is better than any other covers out there. I haven’t run the silicon tape yet I just ordered some for my Nano. The Weka is as simple and effective as a “suppressor cover” gets.

You can cover 2cans @6”L or 1.5cans @8”L for 25$ +fees
