Suppressor Cover Recommendations

I ran them through shot strings, and they’ll prevent mirage in any hunting scenario. Have several out for reviews and testing. Sending some more now.

I will have a version ready to go in March I think.

Are you guys seeing a POI shift with and without your supressor covers?

Quite a few Cole Tac users here, is anyone running the Python model? It's thier lightest weight cover.

I bought one of Silencer Central’s suppressor covers when I got my Banish Backcountry. I’m constantly having to slide the cover back while at range.

Anyone got a can cover they can recommend that actually stays in position.

Following this. Just ordered the Banish Backcountry and was wondering what people were using for a light weight cover.

@General RE LEE did I ever get you a cover to try out? If not, lemme know and I will ship it.

I guarantee that this cover will never slip off your suppressor and it weighs about 0.5 ounces and will mitigate mirage for 10+ shots with a .223.

Presale is here for it. If you order anything else, we'll ship it all together for you (except barrels). You can stack the coupon Rokslide10 with this, or sign up for emails and get 15% for new customers.

As far as shipping, we have all the materials to make hundreds of them, and they will all ship within 3 weeks, but we'll start shipping next week as soon as a batch gets made.

I did not receive one but definitely interested in trying it out!

I've tried several covers, and they have all slid/moved one way or another.

The best solution I've found to date is self-adhesive silicon heat tape, which is then covered with a layer of vetwrap for protection. I added a little electrical tape as well to ensure the vetwrap doesn't unravel or become rolled back at the muzzle over time from being pushed into a soft case.

Hang tight, I am working on a prototype for LS Wild that is getting sent out today and Monday to some testers…

It is different than anything else on the market. It’s not gonna slip.

It is intended as a hunting rifle suppressor, low shot strings. Light weight, slim, won’t absorb water. Temp to 450.

I tested it with 8 shot string magnum, 10 6.5 creed, and we shot 30+ sighting in a new Howa Mini .223. Kept mirage down until the end of the 30 round slowish fire string as we were testing ammo.

@General RE LEE if you want, PM me and I will make one for you to test. Need your suppressor and address.

Thanks for the interest. No testers needed for now. I sold the suppressor cover for a week or so. There is a thread here, and I will post there when I open sales again.

It weighs about .5 ounces for an Ultra 7 cover and hasn’t been shown to shift zero on rifles. I am interested to hear from more people about if they see a shift in zero.

It’s impossible for it to slide off the suppressor because it is sewn smaller on the rear. You have to remove the suppressor to slide it in and off.

It has the same felt as many other covers, which is the insulating portion. But, it doesn’t have all of the other strings, buckles, and webbing.
