I just made my new backcountry belt. Two 3 bar sliders, some mil spec webbing, a few stitches, and voila!! (I'm hanging from it at 190 pounds)

Here's version 2.0. This one uses one and a half 3 bar sliders. This one seems equally as strong but appears to release a little easier because of the offset being a little more between the two pieces.
