Yeah, thats a great explanation. I must say it does crack me up when they still aren't much lighter ha ha.

It’s tue that you don’t save a noticeable amount of weight in comparison to the bulk that you remove from your pack. I have no regrets after swapping to quilts from bags. My last bag was a Nemo Disco and while it was as roomy as a quilt, there is not comparison to the packed volume.
