I would have expected desert cities to be on this list.
I feel you pain. I had allergies so bad 7 years ago I was ready to suck start a pistol. Couldn’t sleep or function at all. Then my buddy told me about how he got rid of his allergies. At first I thought he was crazy but after doing what he said I maybe have 1 week a year in the spring when I have to take Zyrtec D. The link below is for a natural way that worked for me. I was super skeptical at first but I was desperate. I took two pills a day for 6 months and I was a brand new man. I couldn’t believe the difference. From what I have researched and been told it naturally balances you histamine levels. Hope this works for you. It was life changing for me.

Don't think I'd want to know. With my luck they would recommend a four square block area in downtown Boston. It honestly depends on the person and what allergens they are sensitive to. I would recommend going to an allergist. They can give you a panel of allergens that you are sensitive to, and then you would know which parts of the country would be better for you.
I wish this was true. My brain fights sleep so much. Dephenhydramine helps. But my brain still fights it. Alcohol for me acts in the opposite way. After drinking, I can't sleep for quite a while afterward. It sucks.
Zyrtec... and.. in your med kit, bring along an Rx for some... "Azelastine HCl Nasal Spray 0.15% (205.5 mcg per spray)".
That spray for sure works at stopping your drippy nose issue. Says two per nostril, try just 1 at first.
The after taste of this stuff post nasal is not pleasant though. So don't over inhale when you spray, think "just enough to get it in there". The post-nasal drip taste kinda faintly reminds me of how it tastes when you sniff some coke and drips down back there. Real Talk. It kinda makes the area feel dry-ish afterward, which is why I say try just 1 puff per nostril at first to assess how it works for you. Sometimes 1 is fine, sometimes if you can "see" the air, probably 2.
EDIT: Even out here in the South West you still have pollen issues. It's just much less of the time. Typically as it dries out after that first rain in a long long time. One of the places I go, I'll literally lose my voice because of all the allergens in the air. If it's at that particular time/conditions where you can "see" the air.
