Squirrel egg rolls

Never done squirrel, but southwest style venison egg rolls are a staple in my house. We make a big batch and air fry them a couple at a time for a few days.

What's in yours? I make these a few times a year and put venison, cheese, roasted green chile's, and onions inside. Then I serve them with a bunch of different dipping sauces. They disappear faster than any other wild game dish I think I've ever made.
