Spypoint link micro connection issue

Got my second spypoint link micro Lte. First one set up no issue last year.

this one just flashes the green light until it eventually times out. Not connecting. Any one have any idea ?
sd and SIM card is in.

there tech support doesn’t open until tomorrow morning. Hopefully it somthing they can fix over the phone and not have to send it back .

Did you get this sorted out? I know there was a video on updating firmware for those that was super helpful

Yep I returned it and got another. Tried everything customer service said with no luck.
The new one turned on and connected right away.

assuming there was a hardware issue with it

I had the same issue you described and I had to swap SD cards, which I had formatted, and that fixed the problem. Also had to restart with the SD card out than push it in when finding it's signal. Sometimes they can be very touchy units.

Glad your 2nd one was able to connect without issue.
