I wouldn't but then again I just picked up my element and it is amazing, who cares about the extra speed when the element is so smooth but still hard hitting.
My drawlength is 29.5" and I have had issues with the peep not able to go higher, 1/2 of a cable twist being too much and the fat Tec being in the way of cocking the rest.
I have a 2012 Vector Turbo and it's a tack driver. There's not much difference from the 2012 and 2013 except for the "Air-Shox" dampeners. It's a great bow IMO!
I saw Aron's picture in the Hoyt catalog. I agree with the above that it looks like the new air shock dampeners are the main difference. I am sure it is a good shooting bow but you would want to shoot it first.
