I just picked up a set of Spenco Cross Trainers based on a recommendation. They feel reeeaallyyy nice. I have been wearing the blue Super Feet for a little more than a year now and while they have great support for my flat feet, they don't have much shock absorption over long periods. I just threw them in my Lowa Hunters and they fit like a dream.

Does anyone else wear these particular insoles?

A lot of Podiatrist recommend Spenco insole's. I'm getting ready to put a pair in my work boots.

Have you guys that have used Spenco's tried many of their other insoles? Thinking about trying a few different pairs and didn't know which ones to try. I like their prices!

I have 3 spenco's.

the walker/runner (red)
the total support original's
and the polysorb Heavy Duty's (green)

The green ones (polysorb) is the most comfortable for all day use!!

I honestly like all 3 of them quite a bit, but my favorite is the heavy duty's. I have a pair of lathrop and son's synergy's still from last year, and i haven't used them at all since i got spenco's. the synergy's didn't help me out all for some reason!! My feet hurt worse than with my regular stock insoles last season when i used them.

I use Spenco Earthbound insoles in my Kenetrek Mountain Extreme boots. I really like their support and comfort.
