Source for neoprene

Besides salvaging some old waders somewhere does anyone have a source for neoprene ? Looking to make a spotting scope cover.

i bought some from amazon. The 3mm was too thick, so I bought some 1.5mm, and it was too thin. I gave up on sewing a scope cover. 2 or 2.5mm might be the right answer. 3mm would not fit under my sewing machine foot when it was doubled up

Found a supplier online. Foamorder.com . They have all kinds of colors and thicknesses.
