Breathable 1/4 inch foam

Can anyone point me to a source?

Looking to replace some non breathable quarter inch foam in a non hunting project (fencing jacket). Needs to be light and flexible.

I saw some die cut neoprene that looked interesting. My ideal would be the stuff they use in shoulder straps or motor cycle armor.

There's a place in Chattanooga, TN that does all kinds of foam. I remember seeing their display at the airport.....but that's as far as my memory goes.
