It’s not a fair comparison one of us does manly solo trips for elk… the other does solo trips for little bitty deer.

Awesome. So for me, I have hunted day hunts by myself. I am confident in my fitness but for solo, do you have a limit on distance (elk and mule deer). Mule deer I lean toward not being as big of a deal as most can pack a buck in one heavy trip. Elk is where I keep going back to a limit of maybe 2 miles. What’s some advice for a new solo hunter. For me, i am a seasoned hunter, just not alone.
