Soliciting Euro Mount Advice

Recently stuck a wild pig with a knife. Looking for a cool way to display the knife with the skull. Googled it a bit and didn't find anything that tickled my fancy. Any thoughts? Knife is shown below.

I'd set the skull on a stand or end table with the knife beside it.

Maybe some sort of a plaque/base with the knife set on edge in front of the skull.

I'd set it up with the knife displayed on a ledge with a good pic of the hunt rising from the back of the ledge, angled slightly back.The knife ledge could have a groove for the blade and a block with a notch and a strap for the handle to keep it secure. Then incorporate that into an nice skull mount attached to the top of the frame, positioned at a nice presentation angle above it. You could make it out of old barn wood or sawmill slab wood if you like the rustic look or it could be done with routed and finished would if a guy preferred. That would be how I would start anyway. I think those are fun projects, because it kind of evolves as it progresses. Good luck and have fun with it!
