I’ve always been on the search for really compact knives but have good ergonomics and will perform great. Hard formula to dial in.

I hit a creative wave last year and came up with these small variations. These have become a favorite of mine to make. And very easy to have around.

Small is tough to dial in the feel and function on. These are really nice. Since then I’ve come up with a slightly larger utility size I’m working on now and a larger 4” hunting do all utility pattern in excited about.

I got a White river hunter this year, it seems about right for a smaller knife. I didn't get to use it, but carries well. You can get it in S#%VN or magnacut.

I edc the cold steel little pendleton mini hunter in 3v. Great little knife. I like the loveless pattern knife for general cutting chores and it's OK for skinning etc.. I prefer semi skinner or CBK designs for hunting knives and would love to get a 3/4 size one day for a small hunting knife/ edc carry blade.

I've been using an L.T. Wright Frontier first in O1 for the last 6 months or so. The steel is satisfactory but marks and corrodes easily. The knife is meant as a mini bushcrafter but it performs just alright at skinning tasks. Mine has skinned two feet and a handful of small game animals. They're well built, just maybe not meant for someone that's going to be processing animals as much as I am.

I like smaller knives too. I stumbled into the CBK style knife. I am working on maybe making a smaller CBK knife. Have you looked at the Mini CBK thread that has been active?
