Slicing “pulled” pork

A heart-felt thanks to all you Princes of the Pulled Pork and Sultans of the Smoke!

Mom got a rather large pork butt and decided that I should smoke it for Christmas. I knew exactly where to turn for advice!
Here’s a small bone in roast I injected and then will cook for a family party this week. Also shows my pump, needles, and brine barrel. You don’t need anything fancy like this. Just a syringe needle will work as long as you move it around all over the roast.
