What do you all use for sleeping bags for your kids? I am planning on taking my 5 year old on a couple trips this year and the crappy 45* rectangle bag isn't going to cut it. I am looking for something in the 20* range since at least one trip will be in the mountains and it is Alaska and the weather changing is almost guaranteed. Thanks. Here's a pic of him from last summer posing in front of the family car camping tent.

Take a look at the rei Lumen. I think its a 25* bag. Mountain hardwear makes one called the mountain goat I believe for kids as well. I ended up getting my daughter a full size womans bag a couple years ago instead of a kids bag but she was 10. If he is 5 I would definitely go with a kids bag.

We got some great Marmot bags for our kids at incredible prices at Sierra Trading Post. IM me for a coupon code for 30% off and free shipping if you want.

ETA: they have some kids' Mountain Hardwear 20* bags for about $50 after the coupon.

My boy has been using a 20 deg. North Face Synthetic Kiddo bag for a few years. He has never been cold.
