Looking to see what kind of luck people with sleep apnea are having with mouth pieces. I have a portable machine and battery but at 5 pounds it leaves me wishing for a lighter set up. Hoping I can find some help here. Thanks

I have mild apnea and got one this year. Doc said it’s borderline on if I needed a mask or could get away with mouthpiece. So far, it’s been better, not necessarily amazing. I’d ask your doc/provider if you think it will work with your cause of apnea (jaw, tongue, subconscious)

What is your prescription ? I have sleep apnea and was dianosed as 14 incidents/hour. My dentist told me he could make up a mouthpiece for me for $1400. He also said I was border line for a mouthpiece. I use a snoregaurd from walmart that was like $56 when I am hunting. Use a machine at home. The mouth piece works far better than without. It is a generic product that you boil in water and mould to your teeth. My machine at home is best.
