Gorgeous scenery (and a very nice looking dog).

Bavarian bloodhound//mountain dog. The name seems to vary.

Known for exceptional tracking ability, very quick and surefooted in the mountain. The gams/chamois will go into the vertical parts and fight the dog there; "neighbouring" dog was killed that way.

Very gentle dogs, most I've met have been aloof and owner-oriented but Pretzl was happy to include me in her pack.

Do you get the itch to shoot em more than once, or shoot more than one? I know I did. Loved my k95 though, just moved to wanting stainless and fast repeating.

Not really, they are food once the bullet zips through so one bullet will do.

The tags plus my ability to carry also limits the will. I have to carry them whole.

With roe and red deer it's a different story: Carnage! I think 21/day was my record.
