Just an FYI, do you know you can print postage from paypal and its a bit cheaper than the post office? You can print first class labels up to 16oz packages. There is a few cents of zone variation but most labels are $2.6-$4 if under 12oz, it jumps to $5.xx after that. Once you hit 16oz a priority bubble mailer is cheaper than flat rate boxes if the item fits.

Hey fellas.

Got a 1/2 scout, more of a fun-run in the Sierra's this last week. Saw a handful of doe no bucks. Still a ton of melty snow at 7-8000 ft in CA.

The lids worked exactly as planned. Flipped upside down as a cook lid to increase boil times, snapped on top as a sip lid and the coffee stayed warmer noticeably longer than using just Hot Lips and an open top.

I nested my fuel stove, lighter and bowl inside the mug and Stored in the food bag. Never came loose or spilled it's contents.

For you guys waiting on shipping its coming, work is just keeping me from accessing the Post office or personal computer.

2 adults, 1 juvie and 2 mutts with a SO large stove in a BCS2 Grande (same floorplan as the SO redcliff) was at max but comfortable.

I mis-counted in all the madness and ended up with 3 lids instead of 4 which is ok the 4th was just gonna be a spare

Id recommend if you do a bulk purchase just get the limit in a set color or two and sell em off in the classifieds at 2lids/$10 for whatever colors you pick. It's a fair price for a hard to get item and covers your shipping.

It was difficult to keep track of all the individual orders quantities and colors. I felt like I mix-mashed a couple orders and I didn't want anyone to fell jipped.

And pods8 advise of using the PC for postage being a little less hassle

For those interested this is the best I could find on Amazon. Says they fit up to 3.5 in. or 89 mm OD.

I can officially say that these do not work. I was trying them on a TOAKS LIGHT Titanium 650 mL Pot. External diameter of 102 mm. Which should be the same external diameter as the 550 mL and 750 mL pots.

So I actually did order some of these. I ordered some in red and in black. If I remember correctly, after I take out what I was getting for myself, I'll have 8 red and 8 black.

Once they deliver I will get a post up on this thread and in the classifieds to let everyone know what is available.
