New serial numbers are into the 23,000
post 915 is into the 22,000 range
Anyone have one with a serial number in the very low range, say sub 1000?
It’s not unusual for serial numbers to not start at 000001, but maybe they did????

8.3 onces (scythe) to 9.8 tbac 7This just isn’t the case. Thunder beast has been making titanium cans designed with this intent for a long time
I wonder how many of those people complaining about 1.5oz could lose 15lbs…that’s probably for another thread though.8.3 onces (scythe) to 9.8 tbac 7
And tbac wants a 22" barrel in a big magnum.
Where are people blowing these up on sub 22” rums. A 16” prc even.8.3 onces (scythe) to 9.8 tbac 7

And while TBAC does recommend 22” for “big magnums”, they also list 18” for 300 win mag which is nice.
The ultra 7 is still one of the best silencers on the market, much better than a scythe.
I can’t tell the difference personally. In fact just last night I was out shooting and couldn’t tell a noticeable difference between 2 more or less identical rifles (same model, same scope, same barrel length) one with the ultra 7 on it the other with the to xc on it, the ti xc even has a rearden end cap so it’s similar in weight to the scythe.Paying attention to weight on the end of a rifle is important.
I think the Ultra 7 is a bit outdated these days. It’s longer, heavier, and louder than many newer alternatives.

The ultra 7 is still who guys are chasing, and have been, and have just recently caught up. That’s my view on it
I have a hand full of suppressors and when it comes down to it I have zero complaints with the ultra 7. The only can I really want to try that could replace it would be that new OG.
All these numbers are small percentages and largely hogwash, especially considering the noise the sonic crack makes. The Ultra 7 is still a good baseline, but I think the current generation has a few competitors who have surpassed it. I am sure TBAC will improve it down the road.

There’s always going to be new designs. The improvement are so incremental though at this point I’m in no rush to upgrade. If the OG becomes available on capital armory I’ll get one, until then I’m all set.Paying attention to weight on the end of a rifle is important.
