Thanks much and that is the plan. I was hoping for one lightweight multi-caliber Ti suppressor and will use the Scythe only to develop a suppressed load for the .300 and the hunting only. Mostly it will be for shooting/hunting with the less powerful cartridges.

I may need to un-retire to afford multiple suppressors!

Mine is well over a thousand rounds, still won't blow up. I continue to shoot it as I do all my other cans. I say shoot it as you intended to and rock on. As of right now, you have a 90% chance, it doesn't blow up according to this thread. If it does, you get the honor of changing your vote to "yes"

Would appear they’re still selling. That’s 11k serial #s since I got mine last Christmas. I was wondering since they’ve been in stock and now have free stamps on SS.

Got it from SS with the free tax stamp. Submitted on friday July 11 and approved Monday July 14.

Interesting, that’s 0.2 oz heavier than advertised and is spot on with @cliffy109 updates in his video after they repaired his.

Maybe something has changed in Manufacturing at SiCo?

Yes exactly, and in the video as well as in the post above they both found it was 7.5 oz bare.

Edit - just read my post again, I misspoke when I said “2 oz heavier” and I meant to say “0.2 oz heavier”. Good catch! I’ve fixed my original post.

Mine failed last week. 300 WM, 178 gr EDLX, 70 gr custom load, avg vel 2920 fps, 22” barrel. I don’t have an exact count but it was about 150 rounds through the suppressor. My typical shooting session is 40 rounds over a 2 hour period. It is a carbon fiber barrel and I have a jacket on the can, so not sure how much additional heat that adds to the can. Like other folks on this chat the customer service has been great. They are even replacing my Core TAC corset jacket with one of theirs.

8 rounds through the gun over about 90 minutes (a lot of it was tinkering with the scope and my dope charts). 9th round and it blew apart at the weld.
