1. Cartridge: .300 PRC (approximately 3,000 rounds of 6.5 CM and .308 Win, 200 7mm PRC)
2. Barrel Length: 20 inches
3. Factory Ammo
4: Ammo: Hornady Precision Hunter 212-grain ELD-X
5. Weld failure at second weld from rear. Front end of can separated and flew 50 yards down range. No baffle or endcap strikes, bullet impact was consistent with rest of the group. Failure occured after 15 rounds of .300 PRC.

I voted no but only have 200 rds of 6.5 PRC on a 20" barrel through my scythe.

Not exactly sure where the first one is, but seems like there are 5 or 6 reported from here through current in this thread.

Two failures mentioned in 694 posts does seem a bit concerning. Not sure what an acceptable failure rate is for something like this. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk I would think close to zero. a supressor is a hearing protection device. Of course I shouldn’t pull the trigger after the...

I have over 3000 rounds on mine. Most of the shots are from a .223, but it has over 500 shots from a 20" 6UM, another 50ish from a 16.5" 6UM, and 300ish from a 20" 6.5 PRC.

My NO is compromised of about 300ish rounds. A mix of a 21" 6.5cm running a moderate load, maybe 50 rounds, and a 22" 243 running hot loads for about 250ish rounds.

Probably close to 40-50% of that is the 18” 7prc with a stout load of N570.

Another no, though the can is fairly new. I have 147 rounds of 6.5CM through it without issue. Barrel is 20" long.

A no for me , but my brother had one come apart last wekend. Probably only 2-300 rounds fired. Looked the one in the picture. Must be a weld issue on some.
