Looking for some I have that rifle pros and cons here.

Caliber is optional I’m going 7 PRC - 300 PRC TBD with a Surefire muzzle brake and SF .30 suppressor. Not as worried about that just overall likes/ dislikes.

Will be used for reasonable distance shots
I know that’s debatable but I feel comfortable to 600 and possibly out to 800. I shoot some local PRS type matches and understand the difference between 400yds and 800yds!!

Just want to know what your experience has been with either rifle. (Lots of other great ones I know)
Does the aluminum chassis get cold enough on the sawtooth to be a deal breaker?

tell Me what ya think
Thanks!

No experience with either of those rifles. But an aluminum chassis is a no go for me if I’m shooting anytime after summer. -30c and a handful of aluminum is far from optimal.

I've got a Sig. Started out as a 6.5 creed. But the recoil was absurdly harsh. No way I'd ever want to shoot a magnum out of it.
Rebarreled it to a 16" 22 creed. Which is enough gun for everything in Montana out to 600 yards.

The Cross is a good system. Only issue is some slop in the buttstock hinge when locked out.

Probably the best out of the box kids gun you can get because of the adjustability.

They're definitely not that lightweight. Current system is 9.5lb scoped and suppressed. Might be able to get it closer to 9 with the new Air Lock nano can.

After dumping my bull at 905 basically instantly with a 6mm bullet I really don't see a need for a larger bullet diameter. Right behind the shoulder lung shot.

Honestly just buy a Tikka and pimp it out. 6 UM will smoke the big magnums without the recoil.

I sold my Bighorn Origin for a tikka.. which has turned into owning a second. Maybe a third and forth if my gun broker bids win.

The guys on here talking about Rem clone fails in the field aren't lying. Mine definitely went click several times.
