Stabilized Spotting Scope Comparison

How are optics with IS OFF compared to other alpha optics in the Swaro? That’s really what I’m concerned about. Is the balance equal to that of the standard Stc/atc non stabilized? How’s it compare to Kowa, etc. No doubt the stabilized is going to be amazing, but if jumping ship and selling my current alpha spotter, want a true alpha when its off on a tripod or a battery goes down in the field.

Great question! The glass is the same as the STC/ATC And X modular models. Thats the nice thing about these in my opinions is that I won't just always have the stabilized on but its a game changing feature for digiscoping and using the higher powers.

Also, after using it when glassing with a binos from the tripod I am able to just grab it and hold it to look at something quick vs swapping the binos on tripod out with the spotter. Hope the video below helps answer that as well!

Thank you guys for doing this! The AT sure looks nice for all around use.
Absolutely! We are fortunate to have the opportunity to get these out in the field right away so its our duty to give as much information and honest information on them as possible. I know first hand looking through optics at a store does not do them justice.

In my opinion, I think I have convinced everyone here at the shop as well haha, the AT is the one to have due to the bigger objective and higher magnification because you can use all can get and the 65mm is just bright enough in low light conditions.

This makes a lot of sense worst case you have an excellent 65mm spotter if battery runs out. Appreciate you guys!
