I just wanted to take a minute to recognize the awesome customer service I recently got from 1 shot gear.
I recently ordered a Hilleberg tent and had a 10% code, I was happy with the purchase but then realized there was actually a 20% code for in stock Hilleberg stuff so I contacted them through rockslide asking if there was any way I could get that other 10% back. They instantly credited me back the additional 10% with absolutely no hassle.
I’m at a point in my life where customer service is extremely important, in fact I’ll often pay slightly higher prices or shop places that don’t have free shipping based on customer service/satisfaction.
I’ll be making more purchases through 1 shot gear because they clearly make customer satisfaction a priority and that goes a long way for me.
