Awesome customer service. I rented a pair of binoculars from them a few weeks ago to evaluate. They have an option listed on their site where you can indicate in advance you'd like to buy the rental product and they'll put the money you spent on the rental towards the purchase. They call it the "Keeper Program." I did not do that. I was pretty sure I'd be sticking with my current glass.
A week or so after the rental I decided to purchase the bino I'd tested out. I was expecting to pay the full price they had it listed for. Got a voicemail yesterday saying they'd credited my rental $ towards the purchase anyway.
If you're thinking about buying some high quality gear but don't want to commit until you've had a chance to put it through its paces, I'd highly recommend this business. Also a great way for folks who may only do one western hunt a year to use something like a high end spotter without dropping $3K or more.
