I just wanted to commend and give some positive feedback to QAD. A couple weeks ago I started having and issue with a couple year old QAD HDX. I called QAD customer service to see if there was anything I could/should to my setup to help the situation. After describing my issue to a super knowledgeable and helpful tech, he said the best thing would be for me to send it to him for inspection and possible repair. I explained that my Ky season was one ing soon and I wanted to hunt with my favorite bow and this rest. He assured me that he would make every effort to get it turned around quickly. I shipped it out on a Monday and they repaired it and shipped it back out Thursday of the same week and I received it back on Saturday of the same week (2 day FedEx). The rest returned in perfect working condition and had been cleaned and looked brand new. They also included a complete setup kit with everything you normally get with a new rest ( Mounting screw, new launcher, felt pads, etc, etc). These guys do a great job and I just wanted to acknowledge there efforts to keep me shooting.

I shoot QAD and have for years. Tried to switch to another, very popular brand, a couple months ago and can’t change. They’re great rests.
For a hunting rest they’re impossible to beat.

Their service is great, but a lot of that is because it has to be with as many issues as QAD’s tend to have. I used to like their rests but needing after having 2/3 I owned fail on me I moved on. They took care of it and got me brand new rests each time quickly, but I lost all confidence in them and would not chance them in the field anymore.

Mine quit working on a hunt last year I wonder if they would fix it for my son’s bow. Guess might be worth a call. Did you have to have proof of purchase?

No. They didn’t question anything. They just asked a few questions about what it was/wasn’t doing, gave me a RO (Repair order) and shipping address to send it to. I paid shipping to them and they paid return shipping. This is the first issue I’ve had with one of their rests ( I had at least a dozen of them). I use Hamskea on my non hunting bows. They are great rests as well. I’ve found the rest timing and launcher positioning is very important with the QAD rests, but if done correctly they’ve worked very well for me. I also use their Exodus broadheads and have had great experiences with them. All the best.
