Anyone have reverse shoulder replacement or even both shoulders done?
Looking for feedback on the outcome and how it affected your archery game?
Can you still draw a bow? If so how much compared to what you used to be able?

My boss had both of his done. Then required a reverse on one of them. They told him no bowhunting.

I am about to have surgery....I shoot 84# and now can't draw 60....Hopefully after

Ive only had my bow arm fixed and my strength in general is great. I'm a body builder and lift year round.

The best way to describe the shortcomings post surgery is a lack of stability for uphill shots. Something about shooting slightly uphill makes it difficult to hold in the dot. I have found ways to get around it, but just enough to get through a shot. The bad thing is, the method i use does change POI a bit, but its good enough to still get in the spot.

Post surgery at 6 months the shoulder felt great. But it really takes year for everything to really heal. Even though it feels great, it isnt.
