Anyone done their own truck bucket seat covers? Something water resistant and mainly to keep spilled liquids and crumbs from getting ground into fabric seats. If so, what fabric did you opt for and how did you figure out the "pattern" or did you largely use draped fabric drawn tight with elastic/cordage behind the seat?

I haven't done this but have done some things with similar needs/shapes. I would break it down into sections like doing a backpack with provisions to draw tight with elastic. Most likely I would use something like a 420 denier robic for the wear sections and 210 robic for the sides/back
