I've had this one for 5-6 weeks. 350 rounds and couldn't be happier. Extensively tested H1000, N560 and N565 with 143 ELD-X and 140 EH. Legit repeatable 1/2". Not crazy about the mag and mag release but it works fine. Never been a multi barrel/rifle kind of guy but will be picking up a second barrel down the line. I feel the PH3 is a lot of gun for the money. What were your groupings? Haven’t been able to find any reviews or comments online about accuracy.
I was just hoping for sub MOA, .5 is great for an $1800 hunting gun.I've had this one for 5-6 weeks. 350 rounds and couldn't be happier. I think they flattened the bolt, added a bushing and the bolt assembly runs through the bolt handle. Supposedly it helps make the bolt operate as smoothly in both directions- if I understand it properly. After reading comments here I’m encouraged that it won’t be a poor decision to buy a PH3.Anyone have any thoughts on what they are using inside the bolt to make the lift on the 60 degree bolt smooth and easy? Something that will wear out?

Honestly, don't let the Hornady sponsored PRC buzz give you too much FOMO. 308 is plenty for big game, especially with good shot placement which the accuracy on this gun allows. Not to mention the fact that you'll have a lot more money for good quality factory ammo, and the 308 is just a more pleasant gun in general to take to the range.Love my seekins PH3 in 308 shoots great groups. I live in Colorado and kind of wish I would have got a larger caliber like 7mm PRC or 300 win mag.
Nice, congrats! I'm happy I got the 22". Yes you give up some of the velocity and benefits of 7PRC over 7 rem mag with the 22" over the 26", but it just feels like the perfect size and weight for a mountain gun. Plus, I've been shooting 175gr ELDX at a pretty consistent 2930fps (very suprising for a hornady factory load). So I feel very confident taking big game out to 600 yards.Found a place with a 22” 7PRC PH3 on sale in the woodland camo (exact rifle I want) pretty stoked to get it. Will slap the nx8 I have on my howa 6 arc which was so overkill for the rifle.
Time to shop for a cheaper, simpler scope for the arc
I don’t do long distance hunting this is more of a fun thing so I’m not hurt over a little less velocity. I’d much prefer a shorter barrel for all the shit I crawl through with a lot of my hunting.Nice, congrats! I'm happy I got the 22". I thought this is the emergency vent/pressure hole in the event a case ruptures.I was admiring the PH3 at Scheels this week and noticed that there is a hole in the action where the lugs seat when you close the bolt. I could physically see the lugs turning in there.
At some point, I’d like to pick one up in 6cm for NRL Hunter. Can any owners of the PH3 advise if they think this could cause an issue with dust/snow/ice/water affecting the action when in the field?

Interesting! I guess I’ve never noticed one before on different actions.I thought this is the emergency vent/pressure hole in the event a case ruptures.
